There isn't really a certain order in which they have to be done lol.

There are two options:
1) Create a full piece for each of the themes and paste them in when you've finished them all.
2) Just paint them straight on to the meme

Yes. The things I wrote are hard to read due to the contrasting stripes all over them. I did this on purpose to fry your eye sockets!!! C:<
